I work with older teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and the weight of high-pressure lives — with warmth, honesty, and tools you can actually use.

My style is warm but direct. I take an active role — offering honest feedback and gently challenging the thoughts that keep you stuck — while keeping the work supportive and never overwhelming. I draw on CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, and I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

I practice under the supervision of a licensed clinician as I complete my licensure — which means fresh, current training and close attention to your care.
